Frequency Tripler - SFM001

The SFM001 is a low phase noise Frequency multiplier (Tripler) with 13dBm min output power capability. The SFM001 range of frequency multipliers are housed in compact machined Aluminium housing with SMA connectors. The unit is powered using a +15V supply rail and consumes typically 175mA.
