The SARAS range of 1W COFDM Linear Power Amplifier are now available for TDD applications where fast ramping/switching is required. These amplifiers are designed for various applications including Digital Wireless Video Links operating across the 1.0-1.4GHz frequency band. The power amplifier is housed in compact Aluminium housing and operates from a single +10 to +16V DC supply with a current consumption of 850mA (typ).
