SARAS Technology Ltd designs and manufactures linear and ultra-linear power amplifiers for Industrial, Commercial, Military and other systems that require high power in a robust and compact package. SARAS’s high power amplifiers are used in many applications including Tactical Communications and Surveillance, Broadcast and Digital RF and Microwave communication equipment using high order modulation schemes.

Linear Power Amplifiers

SARAS designs and manufactures a range of linear power amplifiers used in a variety of applications including COFDM and FM video links etc. SARAS’s range of Linear Power Amplifiers offers high levels of performance and reliability to microwave transmission of digitally modulated video.
These amplifiers are designed to operate with Digital Modulations including COFDM, QPSK and QAM. Standard amplifier units are offered with 1W, 2W, 5W and 10W COFDM power capability and in Bands from UHF to X Band.
Fast Switching versions available for TDD applications.
SARAS offers customisations on all its range of Power Amplifiers, e.g. By Pass facility, Forward Power Detection, Output Power Control etc.

Broadband High Power

SARAS have developed custom high-power broadband units for various applications including broadband mobile jamming, EMC testing and multi-band specific RF links. The exceptional broadband performance has been achieved by careful design of matching networks using both commercial and proprietary CAD software. In addition, using load-pull data and EM simulations have resulted in consistent and repeatable performance with the highest reliability. SARAS offers customisations on all its range of Power Amplifiers, e.g. 19” Rack, By-Pass facility, Integral Filters, Forward Power Detection, Output Power Control etc. Standard Products Include:

  • SPA080 – 10 W 2 to 6 GHz SSPA
  • SPA082 – 100W 700 to 2700 MHz SSPA
  • SPA095 – 200W 700 to 2700 MHz SSPA
